PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS.
Standard Returns
At G.D.Morgan Jewellery Collection we endeavour to provide our customers with the highest quality products possible along with exemplary customer service. We are aware however, that customers, on occasions may not be completely satisfied with their order. With such instances we are happy to accept a return of the item(s). 
We require that items are returned within 30 days of arrival, unused and in the original packaging. All items that adhere to this will be refunded to the original payment method.
 
Damaged & Faulty Returns
Here at G.D.Morgan Jewellery Collection we thoroughly check and inspect each item before dispatch. In the regrettable event that an item arrives damaged or deemed faulty we must be notified immediately within 7 days of arrival with an explanation of the condition.
We will be be more than happy to provide a full refund, including the return postage cost.
Jewellery by nature is very delicate and requires special care, therefore we cannot be held responsible for items accidentally broken. Any damaged/faulty claims made after the 7 day time period, will not be considered by us a manufacturing/courier error, therefore only a standard refund will stand (minus return postage and packaging charges).
