DELIVERY INFORMATION

ALL orders are dispatched within 1 working day of the completed transaction. Orders made before 2:30PM will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • Tracked standard delivery (UK mainland) is charged at £2.49 and is dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.
  • Estimated delivery time = 2 ~ 4 working days (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not considered working days)

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY - UK 

FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50

  • Tracked express delivery (UK mainland) is charged at £4.75 and is dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class signed for. 

  • Estimated delivery Time = 1 ~ 3 working days - (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not considered working days).

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - UK 

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100

  • Next Day delivery (UK mainland) is charged at £6.60 and is dispatched via Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery. 

  • Delivery Time = Next working day -guaranteed by 1PM (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are not considered working days).

  • Orders must be placed and payment cleared by 2:30PM to ensure next day delivery. 

  • IMPORTANT - Orders made AFTER 2:30PM OR on none working days will be dispatched the following working day.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £180

  • International Delivery is charged at £12.99 and is shipped via Parcel Force Worldwide Express 48

  • Delivery Time = 2 working days guaranteed (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not considered working days).

  • We endeavour to ship orders within one working day of the completed transaction. International orders made before 1:30PM will be dispatched the same day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
